Tim Fulford and John Goodridge have created a new website\u00a0presenting their scholarly edition of Bloomfield\u2019s Collected Writings \u2014 including his bestselling\u00a0The Farmer\u2019s Boy<\/em>, his poem\/journal\/sketchbook\u00a0The Banks of Wye,\u00a0<\/em>his\u00a0Rural Tales\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0May-day for the Muses\u00a0<\/em>and his manuscript account of his workmates (one of the few texts that describes the labour, culture and sociality of London artisans in detail). \u00a0 \u00a0

The website also features\u00a0The Letters of Robert Bloomfield and his Circle\u00a0\u2014<\/em>\u00a0the only scholarly edition of his correspondence, which includes letters to and from John Clare and Robert Southey.\u00a0 Poems by Bloomfield\u2019s brother Nat (and Byron\u2019s satiric response) are also presented, plus a series of illustrations of Bloomfield\u2019s poems, some by the studio of Thomas Bewick. \u00a0\u00a0

A section of Critical Reflections collects responses to Bloomfield from his own time \u2014 reviews from journals \u2014 and a series of essays by today\u2019s scholars.
