This roundtable brings a variety of topics in science and medicine together and seeks to offer a more comprehensive understanding of the intersection of literature, science, and medicine during the Romantic period. How, the presenters of this roundtable ask, did female Romantic writers incorporate scientific\/medical knowledge into their works despite being barred from actively participating in scientific\/medical discourses?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
