BARS memberships run from 1st January to 31st December each year. Subscriptions are due on January 1st, regardless of the month of joining BARS. The annual subscription costs \u00a337 (Waged) or \u00a317 (Postgraduate\/Retired\/Part-Time or Impermanent Position\/Unwaged). BARS also has an optional Sustaining Membership subscription at \u00a357 per year. If you would like to make a larger regular donation to BARS, subscribing at the Sustaining Membership level will help a great deal with supporting additional fellowships and with BARS\u2019s financial planning.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Members will be subscribed to the BARS Electronic Mailbase, will be\u00a0<\/span>eligible for BARS funding in the form of grants and bursaries<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and can attend\u00a0<\/span>BARS International Conferences<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>Early Career and Postgraduate Conferences<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and other events that the association organises. \u00a0BARS dues support the open-access publication of\u00a0<\/span>The BARS Review<\/span><\/em><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and BARS\u2019s continuing work connecting Romanticists in Britain, Europe, the United States, Australasia and the wider world.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n New members may pay using the PayPal links below; you will receive an email from the BARS Membership Secretary, Dr Yimon Lo, once your subscription fee has been received.
